By installing, accessing, or using the NullDay mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the App.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA, or under 18 in India). By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements. If we become aware that a child has accessed the App in violation of these Terms, we will take appropriate action.
NullDay is developed by Jaimin Prajapati and officially published under the developer identity of Chaitanya Ajay Vora. All rights, title, and interest in the App are owned by the developers.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, lease, or sub-license the App. You may not bypass advertising or security features.
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not host or back up your data. If you uninstall or lose your device, data is permanently lost. You are responsible for your own backups via the export feature.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.
The App displays ads via Google AdMob. Your interaction with ads is subject to Google's Ad Policies and Privacy Policy.
We may terminate your access for violating these Terms. Your license ends immediately upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
